Earth Day Picnic & Live Music @ Unity Plaza


Come have a picnic with us on Earth Day, April 22, 2015 from 11am-1pm! Pack a lunch, hop on your bike, and head over to Unity Plaza for some live music and good company.  
Live music featuring Terry Whitehead and Dave Knopsnyder of SideTrack Duo provided by the North Florida Folk Network (NFFN) from 11:30am-12:30pm. Event to be held in the new Unity Plaza amphitheater located at 220 Riverside Avenue across from the Yates YMCA in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Jacksonville.

ST at Cummer cropped for websiteSideTrack is an acoustic-electric duo based in Jacksonville, Florida featuring vocalist Terry Whitehead and guitarist Dave Knopsnyder. Terry is a songwriter and vocal stylist with a southern, soulful sound. Dave’s guitar style alternates between tasteful backdrop and sprightly solos. SideTrack plays an eclectic mix of acoustic/electric rock that emphasizes familiar hits, but also includes a few obscure, but catchy songs. Their repertoire has the variety to customize to any venue and occasion. Side Track Band is a 4 piece band with Warren Miller (keyboard/bass) and Beau Halton (drums) added. All 4 are also a part of the Americana Rock Band “Red Afternoon” with Tamara Colonna & Bill Gibson. Learn more at:
