365 DAYS OF FREE YOGA AT UNITY PLAZA
Getting healthy in Jacksonville has never been easier. With 365 days of FREE yoga classes, Unity Plaza is on a mission to uplift the spirit of the community and eliminate the barriers of access to this life changing practice. Yoga is an excellent way to relieve tension in the body, clear chatter in the mind, and restore balance to the whole self. Combining gentle stretching with soothing words that encourage self-reflection, the UP Yoga classes will open your heart and tone your physique. Classes are suitable for all skill levels and ages.

commUNITY Yoga (all levels): Monday – Friday 5:30-6:45pm
Family Yoga: Saturday 8:30-9:45am (everyone welcome – all ages instruction provided)
Contemplative Yoga: Sunday 8:30-9:45am
Additional Classes Starting in June:
Chair Yoga for Seniors: Friday 10-11:15am
Yoga Playtime for Kids (adult supervision required): Sunday 2:30-3:30pm
Yoga Therapy: Wednesdays 4-5:15pm ($10 suggested donation – therapeutic class held indoors)
Mommy & Me Yoga: Thursdays 9-10:15am
Morning Amrit Yoga Classes Starting in September

Classes are facilitated by instructors from multiple studios around the city! When you’re not near by the Unity Plaza campus, we STRONGLY encourage you to get involved with your neighborhood studio that can help you meet your wellness goals on a daily basis.
Classes will be held outdoors in the Unity Plaza Amphitheater.
